Engel & Völkers Yachting achieves a large millstone, as it opens its third brokerage house in Monaco.
Engel & Völkers, which will celebrate its 40th anniversary next year, is well known for its presence in the premium real estate market with over 700 offices in 32 different countries worldwide spanning across 4 continents.
“Engle & Völkers Yachting works in absolute synergy with Private Office, the groups’ UHNWI clientele services, premium real estate and its aviation departments,” explains Anissa Mediouni, CEO of Engel & Völkers Yachting. “This allows us to reach the type of clients that are sometimes un-reachable through the traditional yachting network. Our core strength is being able to work outside the boarders of the industry and provide extensive and superior marketing and sales services to our clients with the Engel & Völkers network.”
The Engel & Völkers Yachting Monaco brokerage house is perfectly placed in one of the world’s most stunning ports, Port Fontevielle. The Principality is one of two of the world’s most important yachting hubs with two thriving ports, Port Hercules and Port Fontevielle where Engel & Völkers Yachting Monaco’s brokerage house can now be found at 16, Quai Jean-Charles Rey Résidence Le Cimabue.
“When you step outside, you’re surrounded by the superyachts of the rich and famous, some of the most exquisite and fine-dining restaurants, and of course, the Prince’s palace in plain sight,” Mediouni adds.
Monaco is one of the most important yachting hubs. The location is a centric place that is unparalleled to any other. The world-famous Casino and the top hotels including the Hotel de Paris and Hotel Hermitage are among the places to enjoy your time. It brings in the wealthiest people from across the globe and hosts some of the top events.
“The Monaco Yacht Show is also one of the most reputable yacht shows in the world. It has established Monaco as the place to be in September,” Mediouni continues. “Many yachting clients come to Monaco, having an office here means we’re making ourselves more accessible to them, which is of course, how Engel & Völkers Yachting wants to be.”
Two events were held back to back to celebrate the brokerage house opening, one on Wednesday, March 29th for the industry and neighbours and the second day for clients. Both events were extremely successful.
