Meet Luana: Our Human Resources Co-ordinator
I joined the Engel & Völkers brand just over 2 years ago. Working in an up-beat environment and in an exciting sector has helped me develop my working skills and has provided me the experience to translate this into my day-to-day routine.
Initially, I joined the company as a Real Estate Agent. After completing our in-house training which forms part of the E&V Academy, I was ready and motivated to plunge into the Maltese real estate sector. I learnt how important it is to build strong relationship with vendors as well as clients to lay down a solid foundation of contacts, in order to start building a large network.
Every aspect of my working life is well organized, all that is expected is to perform at the best of my ability and make the most out of it! I have experience in both residential and commercial real estate due to the unique platform offered by the E&V brand.
I was then selected to work B2B, in providing my services for the Agents within the company as part of the HR Department, which is impressively fast paced! E&V has given me the opportunity to take full ownership of my role, implementing comprehensive HR strategies within the Company as well as providing training, development and support for the agents at E&V Sara Grech on a daily basis. My goal is to continue to help build the most successful team in Malta.
Our team is extremely motivated and success-driven but most of all, lovely people! I thoroughly enjoy being surrounded by passionate, positive and driven people every single day which is an environment that pushes you to do more, be better at what you do and discover what you are capable of!
I feel that working with this company is not just a ‘job’ but more of a lifestyle. It is a world-wide community and a family which is constantly evolving into something more and more each day and I am ecstatic to be a part of it!
