On entrance to the villa, one is greeted with a grand staircase in the centre of the lobby. To the left of the lobby is a large lounge area for daily use, whilst on the opposite side is the more formal lounge, which leads into the conservatory.
Yet on the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with an in-kitchen breakfast/bar counter, a separate dining room for 10/12 people & a large study. A spiral staircase connects this floor to the lower ground floor where one finds a large playroom/gym with its own bathroom & direct access to the outside garden as well as a 2-car lock-up garage.
The first floor comfortably accommodates all the bedrooms, with the master bedroom privately allocated to one side of the staircase. It enjoys an en-suite bathroom & a walk-in wardrobe. Whilst the corridor on the opposite side of the staircase leads onto 4 other bedrooms with two en-suites.

Iklin (or L-Iklin) is a relatively modern village in the centre of Malta, with a population of 3,203 people (Nov 2005), situated between Birkirkara, Naxxar and Lija. Iklin detached itself only recently from neighbouring village, Lija. A number of commercial outlets have more recently opened in the area. It also has its own Parish Church. Even though Iklin has only recently developed (the first house was built in 1958), it still has a few minor sites of archaeological importance such as two megalithic sites.
