For example our agents can advise you by a remote videocall and give you instructions on what is the best way to prepare your home for a sale. Furthermore our team also works with styling experts who can help you make choices. What colours work well in photos? Which styles can you combine? Ask us for a free styling consultation!
If you wish, we can also advise you on the asking price of the property. In this case, only one real estate agent (instead of the usual two agents) will visit your house for an advice. With a given assignment we can already prepare everything in advance, such as photography, measurements of your house, a promotion text in Dutch and English, legal research and a marketing plan. In this way all records and information are ready when you want to start the sale at any time.
