Kennemerland midden: Location and surroundings of this property

Location:
This detached villa is beautifully and very privately situated in a dead end street (no cars pass by) with a view over the Purmerring dike and the Purmervaart canal. At the rear of the villa a train passes at low speed about 3 times an hour, coming and going to the Purmerend Overwhere train station (6 minutes cycling distance!). Sellers experience this as a pleasant sound, it does not cause any nuisance at all.
Children go to the nearby public primary school in Kwadijk. There are several secondary schools in Purmerend (very easy to reach by bike).
