The Formula One World Championship was back in Portugal, 24 years after the highest motorsport event was held at the Estoril Circuit. This time Lewis Hamilton was the big winner, becoming the most successful driver in F1 history.
The Grand Prix took place between October 23rd and 25th at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve (AIA), a world-class racetrack opened in 2008, which offers one of the world’s most challenging circuits, with modern well-equipped facilities and excellent accessibility.
