Algarve - The perfect setting!
The Agarve Motorsports park at about 15min from Lagos receives between 23 and 25 October a stage of the Formula 1 world championship.
This prestigious event returns to Portugal, this time to the Algarve after 24 years. The last race took place in Estoril and was won by Jacques Villeneuve (Williams-Renault).
The AIA was built in 2008 and is one of the largest and most modern circuits in the world. The technical conditions of the track are considered impeccable. The circuit has 32 possible track configurations. It has 42 boxes and a paddock of significantly higher quality than normal.
The Algarve is once again on the map of major sporting events. Security, excellent weather conditions and quality infrastructures being the main reasons that make this destination so special.
