1) A book
100 years of solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. It was my summer book at the beginning of the university, which influenced me by its depth and the passion transmitted in the story. Since then I became a big fan of Latin American writers, who still amaze me to this day.

Girl from Ipanema (Tom Jobim). Music and dance are universal languages, and bossa nova transmits a warmth that makes us rise from the ashes.

Gymnastics. Sport is the best way to learn to work as a team, to deal with expectations, frustrations, goals and to even make risky decisions. For me gymnastics has followed every phase of my life as it's the best challenge after a difficult day.
6) A movie
"Life is Beautiful (Roberto Benigni)". All the films related to the topic concentration camps are very strong emotionally, however this one inspired me by the mixture of feelings that generate throughout the movie.
7) A destination
Rio de Janeiro. It is a city with the most diverse people, places, and cultures that fascinate me and makes me want to return.

"The O Canhão" and the Cataplana de Tamboril, all their dishes are excellent but fish, green wine and sea view are the best they can offer me.

Lunch on the beach with the family, and an evening out with friends.
10) A person you admire
My father, Manuel, for the resilience he has shown throughout his life, for the way he educated us, always encouraging self-confidence and the humility to learn every day.
