Next to the property passes a tributary of the Pinhão river that gives a touch of freshness and calm to the property.
The house was built in two phases, being the oldest one from before 1951 and as such with stone walls of the region and the second phase in concrete; it has 2 floors, both with direct access to the exterior. On the ground floor there are 9 rooms and on the lower floor is a garage and an old wine press. Thus a study / project of reconstruction of the existing buildings has been done and the surroundings of the house turned into a leisure area with swimming pool.
In relation to the other lands they have been fallow in recent years, but the farm has great potential for exploration, since it has already had an agricultural and fruit production, as well as wine production for Casa Borges. The municipality of Sabrosa is inserted in the demarcated region of the Douro.
