Lisboa Arredores: Location and surroundings of this plot

Herdade da Chaminé is a property with 76.8 Ha, in centre south of Portugal, council of Monforte, District of Portalegre – Alto Alentejo region, between two UNESCO cities Évora and Elvas (1,40 hour from Lisbon) by highway, 30 minutes from the highway to Spain and all the countries of Europe.
The property is located in the municipality of Monforte, called Herdade da Chaminé! It is located in a typical farmland landscape and in a protected area. It is about 37 km from Estremoz and 41 from Portalegre, 55 km from Badajoz and very close to the train station. 208 km from Lisbon and 450 from Madrid, less than 4 hours of travel, by highway which makes it very accessible. The base property had 86 hectares, from which this parcel of 10 hectares was highlighted, where the current building was built.
