Las Garzas comprises 240has. land with 475 plots, including 1,800m of beach frontage on the Rocha coast. Nestled between Highway 10 and the sea, the plots measure between 2,000m2 and 3,500m2 approx. Amenities include a beach club, tennis club, long walking routes, aerobics, bicycles, etc. all within the gullies. The spirit of the development is to preserve the tranquility of the area and particularly its natural beauty by conserving woodland, gullies and indigenous wildlife and keeping 50% of the grounds as green and communal areas.
