Each unit has its own patio, Weber braai, fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette.
One of the two separate cottages has three double bedrooms, share one shower/toilet and enjoy an ultra cosy lounge and dining area. The other cottage has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms complimented by scenic views of the dam and surrounding mountains. Each cottage has its own veranda and Weber braai, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. The stone clad barn has 4 superbly spacious bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms each equipped with corner baths as well as a fourth bathroom with an outdoor shower. The barn is complimented by a spacious open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with a fireplace. Overlooking the farm is a function hall that accommodates 60 people and has a separate boma. A borehole supplies all units with fresh water. The guest farm has 5 years of trade history with financials available to serious investors. An Environmental Impact study has been done and the owner has approvals for 12 additional units that will be able to accommodate up to an extra 192 people therefore providing accommodation for a total of 220 guests.
