This deal was closed by Real Estate Agents Nataly Rothschild and Julie Zelman. The property brokered is an apartment sold for 19.7 million US dollars, or approx. 18 million euros, with views of Central Park and the skyline of New York City. “Central Park is one of the city’s best-known attractions and very popular with tourists and New Yorkers alike. Properties with views directly overlooking Central Park are therefore incredibly sought-after,” reported Ms. Rothschild.
Location, location, location – this was the buyer’s unequivocal search criterion. “The client was only looking for a home on Central Park,” revealed Nataly Rothschild. Together with Julie Zelman, she represented the buyer during the deal. “We had viewed 12 different properties in one week, but in the case of this apartment, everything fitted the bill. As well as the location, the buyer was also very interested in the appointment standard. And as a new resident, the buyer can now enjoy all the amenities on offer at the nearby Park Hyatt Hotel,” Ms. Rothschild added. The entire apartment building is a new development and is on the market directly through the building contractor.
