As the first Sunday of Advent approaches and it’s time to open the first door of your advent calendar, we will show you what’s behind the first door of our Christmas calendar. Curious? Then open the door and discover this magnificent property in Florida!
371 square metres of living space in an open-plan living environment. Light colours combine with wooden elements and selected accessories to provide the perfect setting for a relaxed get-together. The ideal surroundings for a cosy Advent season.
The eat-in kitchen is great for cooking in company. This luxury kitchen is fitted with a marble worktop as well as a gas stove and stainless steel appliances, leaving nothing to be desired.
The entire home is beautifully laid out with hardwood floors throughout. Rustic details, stable doors and brickwork elements bestow the living room with a special flair – very Christmassy indeed!
One of the four bathrooms is located directly adjacent to the bedroom. It has two showers, a separate bathtub and plenty of space for many a relaxing hour.
Another highlight of this villa from 1988 is the outdoor area with its pool, terrace, bar and fireplace.
Are you asking yourself how to spend Christmas in the USA, or specifically in Florida? We will tell you how:
Christmas season officially begins on 14 November with the “Festival of Lights” at the Fishermen’s Village” in Punta Gorda along the Gulf Coast. The festival is illuminated by more than one million lights, tropical music is in the air, and family activities are offered all around. Santa Claus will also be joining in, of course, listening to children’s wish lists and posing for photos.
Even though it does not snow in the Sunshine State and the temperatures are mild, the atmosphere is still very festive.
