The other special feature is the big saltwater pool (5 x 12 m', 1.5-1.8 m' deep) with rim flow bordering the park with 2 sun decks for relaxation and enjoying the park.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a 50 kVA generator so the guests can still use the Guest House to its full capacity during load shedding, 2 boreholes, 16 camera- CCTV system and much more.

There are 9 parking bays(4 of which are shaded at the entrance of the Guest House) and there are 2 garages. Which makes a total of 11 parking's.

The guest house is being sold as a going concern. The property is in a VAT registere
