Water is available from 4 boreholes with sufficient water. 3 boreholes are fully equipped and run on solar.
The "kraal" and livestock handling facilities are in excellent condition, including water troughs, a crush and loading bay.
BUSHCAMP:
The Bush Camp is fenced and set to blend in with the surroundings.
The manager's flat has a en-suite bathroom and kitchen.
Two "rondawels" with en-suite bathrooms and two wooden cabins are part of the bush camp accommodation, sleeping 14 guests in total.
The "lapa" has a fully equipped kitchen and dining/sitting area.
The outlook and deck room have a view of a lighted
waterhole.
Outside the bush camp there is a steel structure with a abattoir facility and a cold room.
