The Klaserie Private Nature Reserve is one of the 3 great South African Private Nature Reserves which adjoins the unfenced Kruger National Park and Umbabat Nature Reserve to the east, and the Timbavati Nature Reserve to the south. The majestic Olifants River forms the reserve's northern boundary together with various buffer conservancies to the west and comprises an area of 70 000 ha, and is part of a greater unfenced wilderness sanctuary of over 3000 000 ha. Access via road is from Hoedspruit and there are also daily scheduled flights from OR Tambo International Airport to Eastgate Airport. There are no registered land claims in the KPNR. Game is free to migrate and as a result very little artificial veld and game management is required. Limited hunting is carried out as good management practice, under strict supervision and this subsidizes the reserve's costs. Owners may subscribe for limited hunting, depending on the annual game census and reserve requirements. All property owners subscribe to the Klaserie Constitution, which controls issues such as, development rules, protocols, environmental management issues, ownership numbers etc. Property owners generally have traversing arrangements with their neighbours, but preserve the privacy, exclusivity and wildness of the area. Only one 2ha camp is allowed per 856 ha, which controls the amount of commercial operations.
This prime vacant 889 ha game farm offers the discerning buyer the opportunity to use this property privately or commercially. Here you can enjoy some of the best game viewing in absolute privacy.
