6 148 ha large, privately owned reserve situated in the Midlands region between Mpumalanga Province and Limpopo. The reserve is malaria free and offers unpolluted pristine bush with numerous perennial streams running through as well as a cascading waterfall. The reserve is stocked with plains game as well as predators such as leopard, spotted and brown hyena.
Several buildings and improvements are in different parts of the reserve such as the main camp consisting of a 2 bedroom main farm house with dorm rooms, 5 stone chalets and stabling for 6 horses. 6 separate staff accommodations with ablution, a 2 bedroom timber house, currently used as the manager's accommodation. Ranger camp consisting of a concrete 1 room house, 4 wooden Wendy-style sleeping huts and a Wendy kitchen/ dining building. Under construction is a 4 chalets camp with facilities. All electricity is obtained from solar energy. There are 4 boreholes and 70 ha of water rights from a large dam bordering the property. Multiple eco tourism projects could be operated from here, with horse trails, hiking and quad biking being part of the activities on offer.
