This pretty 135ha farm has much potential due to the diversity it has to offer. There are two registered trout dams which are used by the Belfast Flyfishing Association therefore reiterating the quality of the dams. There is approximately 35ha of flat lands that were baled thus ensuring that this is a good grazing farm for livestock. There is currently a herd of wildebeest and a herd of blesbok which can form part of a separate sales agreement should the new owner decide to pursue the game aspect of the farm. Buildings consist of a large barn, a 3 bedroom staff quarters building as well as the farm house which unfortunately burnt down. However the foundations have been inspected and have been deemed to be sound for use. Plans have been drawn for a new house which will include 7 bedrooms. The house was perfectly located with views over the dams and surrounding farmland. There are a variety of trees and shrubs in the garden surrounding the house which makes for a very appealing setting. Water is supplied by means of a strong borehole and two tanks which gravity feed to the house. Eskom power is supplied to the old house, the barn as well as the staff housing. The farm is cattle fenced with some internal camps.
