Ingredients (2 portions):

  • 200 grams strawberries

  • 400 grams low fat yoghurt

  • 4 tablespoons of oats

  • 100 ml milk

  • 2 teaspoons of honey

Preparation:

Clean strawberries and remove green tops. Blend them in a blender or smoothie maker. Add oats, yoghurt and milk and blend briefly with the fruit mixture. Sweeten the smoothie with honey and serve.

Tip: If you like your oats smoother, soak them in milk beforehand for half an hour.  

For purists: strawberry smoothie with milk

This smoothie recipe is for those of you who cannot get enough of the sweet taste of strawberries. The recipe is simple, but effective.

Ingredients (2 portions):

  • 300 grams strawberries

  • 100 grams low fat yoghurt

  • 100 ml milk

  • 1/2 vanilla pod

Preparation:

Clean strawberries and remove green tops. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the core. Then finely blend all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and serve.

Tip: Depending on your diet and preferences, you could also use soy milk, almond milk or buttermilk instead of traditional milk.

  • 150 grams Skyr
