The main house affords a living interior of more than 1,000 m2 in size, and the estate boasts luxurious amenities such as its own golf course, tennis court and infinity pool. Hollywood stars Bruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone had the property built originally.
The Mediterranean-style villa, was on the market with E&V Westlake Village when Britney Spears' agent contacted the shop. He had seen the property on the landing page of E&V Westlake Village. Ms. Spears was looking for a new home that met her requirements in terms of a very high level of privacy. With over eight hectares of land and two separate entrances, this villa aptly fulfills the criteria. Due to their proximity to Los Angeles, the shop often services celebrity clients, including Ms. Spears whose transaction was completed smoothly and successfully.
