The EV European Logistics Fund 1 is structured as a regulated alternative investment fund (AIF). Here are the key data:

Fund structure: open-ended special AIF with fixed investment terms for professional and semi-professional investors

Fund volume: EUR 300 million (EUR 150 million equity)

Minimum subscription amount: EUR 5 million

Focus: Europe (not Germany)

Risk profile: Core or Core plus

Project phases: developed properties, if possible fully let or payment according to construction progress to avoid completion risks

Strategy: ten to twelve years followed by exit and repayment

Other: investment committee with representatives from the circle of investors
