XII Applications

We process the candidate data only for the application procedure's purpose and scope following the legal requirements. The candidate data processing is carried out to fulfill our (pre-)contractual obligations within the application procedure framework. The data processing becomes necessary for us, e.g., within the framework of legal procedures.

The application procedure requires that candidates provide us with their candidate data. If we offer an online form, the necessary candidate data are marked; otherwise, they result from the job descriptions and include personal details, postal and contact addresses, and the documents belonging to the application, such as cover letter, CV, and certificates. Besides, candidates can voluntarily provide us with additional information. By submitting their application to us, candidates declare that they agree to their data being processed for the application procedure by the type and scope described in this data protection declaration. If provided, candidates can send us their applications using an online form on our website. The data will be transmitted to us in encrypted form according to state of art. Furthermore, candidates can send us their applications by e-mail. XIII Cooperation with Engel & Völkers Capital AG
