In 1996, Cher sold the property to Barry Schwartz, Co-Founder of fashion house Calvin Klein, for 4.35 million US dollars (around 3.68 million euros). Alongside the US singer and actress, other well-known figures have enjoyed the benefits of this property too, since it was let between 1996 and 2008 to various tenants including celebrities like Julio Iglesias and Janet Jackson.
