“Villa Alessi” in Verbania in Northern Italy was designed in 1989 by the Italian architect Aldo Rossi and has been owned by the designer family Alessi ever since. Now it is for sale for 7 million euros. “The villa impresses with its special connection with the territory. The materials used come from local producers and have been carefully crafted by Italian artisans,” says Alessandro Lotito, Office Manager and Licence Partner of Engel & Völkers Lago Maggiore.
