What is a digital tour?

A digital tour is basically a virtual, three-dimensional image of your property. For this purpose, each room is scanned individually in advance. The scans are then merged to create a complete 3d image model. Virtual property viewing offers many possibilities: The property can then be explored just as if you were viewing it on site - with the difference that you can do all this from the comfort of your home. Information boards can be displayed in the virtual property to present visitors with additional facts about the property - for example, where underfloor heating is installed, what glazing was used for the windows or which direction the bedroom faces. The digital image of the property can either be made available to all visitors as part of the online exposé or shared with selected interested parties as a link via email. Interested parties then view the property either on screen or immersively using VR glasses. 

How do digital tours work?
