"Residence Paradeis" is located directly in the centre of Rio di Pusteria. This quiet village lies at the entrance to the South Tyrolean Val Pusteria and has been a market town since the early 1269. The ancient walls, manor houses and town houses are clear evidence of this. The municipal area, which also includes the villages of Meranza, Valles and Spinga, stretches from 695 to 3,132 metres above sea level and has a population of around 2,960. Rio di Pusteria is conveniently located between the towns of Bressanone (10 km) and Brunico (24 km). The main towns of the Valle Isarco and Val Pusteria can therefore easily be reached by car, bus (bus stop directly in front of the building) or train (two-minute walk to the station). The distance to the Brenner motorway (A22) is only 4 km, the airports of Bolzano (50 km), Innsbruck (80 km) and Munich (275 km) are therefore within easy reach. Despite its manageable size, Rio di Pusteria offers everything you need for everyday life. Family doctor, pharmacy, post office, kindergarden, primary school, hairdresser, bank, car repair shop, supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. are located directly in the village centre.
