Cala d'Or, the "golden bay", is a community of about 4,000 inhabitants in the Migjorn region, located just 60 kilometers south of Palma. The nearest major city Santanyí is around 15 kilometers away. From the airport in Palma to Cala d‘Or takes about an hour drive to Cala d'Or. The rugged cliff coast around Cala d'Or is broken by numerous small fine sandy bays – there is something for every taste.
