The Sky Class Villa is the sister villa of La Luna, one of the more prestigious and luxurious villas in Mykonos. Both villas can be rented together for larger groups of people since they are next to each other.
The residence is built on a 2,000 sq.m. private property next to the sea with beautiful gardens and wide pergolas. It is located on the small peninsula between Paraga beach and Paradise Beach with eastern orientation. Both beaches are 5 minutes walking distance. The distance from the center of the town is 4.5 km and is connected with regular buses every half hour during the summer period. The distance from the airport is approximately 2.0 km. The area is structured with residential villas, two 4-star hotels and several restaurants / taverns.
The villa consists of the 1st floor, ground floor and the pergola, garden and pool next to the sea.
The 1st floor is a autonomous house of 150 sq.m. comprising of 1 bedroom, 1 large living room and dining area of 100 sq.m., a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, a large closet and wardrobe and 1 WC.

The 1st studio has an area of 65 sq.m. with a bedroom, bathroom, closet and living room and a large built-in sofa which can be used as a bed. There is also a small kitchenette / bar with refrigerator and a small sink.
The 2nd studio has an area of 33 sq.m. , with 2 single beds, one large built-sofa /bed, a kitchenette with fridge , a wardrobe and bathroom.
The 3rd studio has an area of 31 sq.m. with 1 double bed, wardrobe and fridge and a bathroom.
The 4th studio has an area of 28 sq.m., 1 double bed and one bathroom.
The pergola which is at the northeastern end of the property has an area of 160 sq.m. It is made from stone and has a built-in BBQ and BAR that overlooks the beautiful garden, house and glass pool.
The total garden area is 1,600 sq. m. and is covered with plants that are supported by the local climate.
