Traditional Chalet on the Hills of Saanen

The Chalet is located between Saanen and Gstaad on the top of a hill which gives it an exceptional view on the meadows and the mountains, like Wispile, Eggli, Diablerets Glacier. Surrounded by agricultural land it is a popular location for properties – away from the happenings but close enough to be in the center of Gstaad in only 5 minutes drive. This beautiful Chalet was renovated in 2015 and lies on the top of a hill between Saanen and Gstaad giving it and exclusive view over the region. Approximately 280 m2 of living area with spacious rooms offers enough space for a families or a group of friends wanting to enjoy the beautiful scenery by hiking and relaxing. On the first floor you will find on our right a cozy bedroom with access to the balcony and on the left a cute guest toilet. Further on to our right, is the very practical and well equipped kitchen with access to the balcony and to the living room. The living room has a magnificent fireplace around which the family can sit on a cold winter day and enjoy a cozy get together. The spacious living room has as well a very nice dining area with beautiful view to the mountains. If we walk out of the living room, we will find again the entrance with a corridor and staircase made out of wood in Chalet style. Up the stairs and we arrive on the top floor with two sunny bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and bathtub. If we go all the way down we arrive in the spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the beautiful terrace. With 5 bedrooms and a big living room, the Chalet is perfect for a fun getaway. The magnificent views from the glaciers to the surrounding mountains can be enjoyed from the terraces with its beautiful garden.
