Exceptional off-market duplex

I consent to my data being processed by West Coast Properties SAS for the purpose of being contacted by e-mail or telephone (if I have provided my telephone number) within a maximum period of 10 days. This information is necessary to process my inquiry correctly. I agree that my data can be forwarded to the local responsible license partner from the Engel & Völkers Group to respond to my inquiry and to obtain real estate brokerage services. In such a case, the above maximum period for also being contacted by the responsible license partner shall be 15 days, instead.
I can find out in detail which data West Coast Properties SAS stores, what rights I have in this context, and how I can revoke my consent for the future at any time in the privacy policy. Finally, I am informed that any telephone solicitation for commercial purposes, unless it occurs in the context of executing an ongoing contract within the meaning of Article L. 223-1, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code, requires my prior express consent.
