Despite an economic environment marked by geopolitical uncertainty and cautious investor sentiment, Engel & Völkers recorded a 13% increase in revenue in 2024, reaching €1.24 billion. This performance confirms the group’s dynamism and resilience in the global high-end real estate segment.

Strategic Global Expansion in Premium Markets

In 2024, more than 80 new locations were opened in strategic cities such as Mexico City, Florence, Ontario, the British Virgin Islands, and Mauritius. With a presence now spanning 35 countries, Engel & Völkers continues its international expansion in the luxury real estate market, with a particular focus on South America, Europe, and the United States

Beyond its geographic expansion, Engel & Völkers significantly strengthened the quality of its real estate advisory services in 2024. In addition to financing advisory through E&V Finance, the company launched an energy efficiency consulting service for residential properties in Germany.

This new service supports owners of single-family and semi-detached homes in their energy renovation projects, highlighting the group’s commitment to delivering a sustainable and innovative offering in the luxury real estate sector.
