Just a few minutes from the picturesque village of Ariany lies this large plot of approximately 206,000 m², offering spectacular views of the mountains. Currently, the land features a small agricultural ruin of 128 m² and does not have water or electricity connections.

The small town of Ariany is set in the Pla de Mallorca, in the centre East of Mallorca. With little over 800 inhabitants it stands out for its privacy and discretion. It has, amongst others, several restaurants, two small supermarkets, a pharmacy and a bank, and offers two very interesting hiking routes, as well as wonderful natural landscapes. This municipality concentrates on livestock and agriculture, especially grain cultivation. For that reason, one can still come across flour mills, which in the old days were used for grain and bread production. Its main monument is the parish church of the Virgin of Atocha, which is set in front of the town square with beautiful views over the Pla de Mallorca. It’s only 30 minutes away from the nearest beaches, and about 40 minutes from the airport. Palma centre can be reached in under an hour drive.
