In a calm and orderly environment, we offer a rental apartment for a long-term lease in an apartment building with central services. With continuous caretaker service and weekly, regular cleaning. The apartments have an "A" energy certification. A central mechanical system provides hot water as well as cooling and heating. Purified air in the apartments ensures air exchange through a central ventilation system. All overhead consumption can be controlled and measured. Air conditioning, kitchen furniture, kitchen appliances (hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave), bathroom fixtures, washer-dryer, lamps, curtains. (Different design and equipment for each apartment!) Access control system with access code. Shared bicycle storage, selective waste collection. Furniture: living room set, TV, bookshelf, dining room set, desk. Bedrooms: double bed, chest of drawers, guest bed, wardrobe. Accessories: decorations, lamps and carpets. The rental period is fixed time, minimum 2 years. The rental agreement is signed before a notary public, and a deposit equal to two months' rent must be paid before moving into the apartment. Termination before a definite time is a penalty equal to 2 months' rent. In addition to the rent, the Tenant pays the utilities for the apartments, based on measured data (water consumption, heating heat, electricity).
