Downtown hotel development site

A site suitable for the construction of a boutique hotel, located in the direct vicinity of Váci Street in the 5th district. Plans have been made for the inner-city, 454 sqm empty plot, where the owners envisioned a boutique hotel with around 4 stars. An approved plan for a 77-room hotel has been created, and the relevant authorities have issued the building permit. In 2024, several alternative development concepts were created, with plans for a higher prestige residential building. The project is only available for sale as a whole, along with the project company. The company is a project company and has not engaged in any other activities.
