Amenities and special features of this apartment

The historic apartment house from the end of the 19th century with original Art Nouveau elements underwent a costly reconstruction that took care to preserve historical elements while adapting the house to modern living standards. The renovation used high quality materials such as oak parquet floors, double glazed windows and air conditioning units in all rooms. A cosy living room together with a generous fully equipped bespoke kitchen are the heart of this apartment. One of the two separate unbroken bedrooms faces the quiet courtyard with access to the balcony, the other faces the street. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, the toilet is separate. In the basement of the house there is a parking space for an additional fee. The house has a new elevator that leads to all floors of the house.
