We may provide information on your personal data to other persons. However, we may only do so in the following cases: to comply with statutory duties following from national or European legislation;to enforce our rights in potential litigation.

Transfers of data within the Engel & Völkers group

If your inquiry concerns offers of other companies belonging to the Engel & Völkers group, we will forward the personal data you entered in this case to the relevant company of the Engel & Völkers group based on your prior consent or based on a legitimate interest. Your personal data will not be further provided to anyone beyond that scope.

Transfers of personal data to countries outside the European Union

As a rule, we do not transfer any personal data to countries outside the European Union without your consent. The servers used by us are located in the European Union. If your inquiry concerns a company belonging to the Engel & Völkers group located outside the European Union, we will transfer your personal data to that company only with your prior consent and only to a place where there are appropriate safeguards of protection of your personal data.

Period of retention and erasure of data

We retain personal data for the period necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose for which the data are collected and further processed, but not exceeding [36] months of the date when the personal data were obtained/when the contractual co-operation terminated unless the applicable laws require us to retain personal data for a longer period of time (e.g. retention of accounting records).
