What you should know about this apartment

Amenities and special features of this apartment

Family apartment with a layout of 4+kt is located in the popular Moravská street in a quiet part of Vinohrady. The street is lined with trees and historic buildings of beautiful houses.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a very well maintained apartment building with an elevator directly to the floor. The apartment has rental income from non-residential premises, a cellar in the basement, and at the moment also a garage parking in the courtyard. On the roof of the building, residents can enjoy a cozy terrace with seating and views of Prague Castle and the Žižkov Tower.

At the moment, the apartment is divided into four rooms with a kitchen located in a spacious hallway. Two rooms with their own entrance face Moravská Street with views of the landscaped facades of the surrounding houses. The other two rooms face the courtyard. The apartment has one bathroom, a separate toilet and two storage rooms.

Under the carpets there are preserved parquet floors. Doors and windows are original. Heating is provided by a gas boiler.

The house has an excellent location, because it is located halfway between the parks Riegrovy Sady and Grébovka and between the public transport stations Šumavská and Jana Masaryka. Next to the house, there is the Czech Post Office and at the end of the street the primary school and Gymnázium Sázavská.

Vinohrady: Location and surroundings of this property

History of Vinohrady dates back to the 18th century. It operated as an independent village then, and about one hundred years later it was named Royal Vinohrady. In the late 19th century Vinohrady was connected to Prague. Many historical monuments, national treasures, and sites were preserved to this day. The heart of Vinohrady is Náměstí Míru with the beautiful parks. Culture and history lovers will certainly appreciate the monumental Ludmila Church designed by architect Josef Mocker, National House of Vinohrady, and Art Nouveau Vinohrady Theatre. Vinohrady also offers numerous opportunities for sport, leisure, and relaxation in the form of Rieger and Havlíček Parks. You will find everything you need in the immediate vicinity: comprehensive medical care, primary school, secondary school, pharmacy, post office, specialised shops, shopping centres, restaurants, cafes, theatres, and cinemas. Within 20 minutes you will get to downtown. There are several tram and bus stops, as well as the Main Train Station.
