Smíchov city is situated on the territory of the former freight station, which is defined by Nádražní, Radlická, Za Ženskými domovy and Smíchovské nádraží streets. The newly created urban district will consist of residential and office buildings with commercial units on the ground floor. Among other things, the project envisions the construction of parks and a pedestrian zone connecting the Na Knížecí locality with the Smíchov railway station.
The apartment building together with the office building forms a complete city block. Its main charm is the diversity and sensitive approach with which it fits into the traditional city district. In the future, it is planned to transform the adjacent area of the bus terminal, where a city-important building with a park should be built.
