The village of Istrios is located in the central part of the island and towards the south, built on a plateau with an altitude of 260 meters above sea level.
Thanks to its great natural beauty (pine forests, vineyards, olive groves, waterfalls, etc.), the village of Istrios and its surroundings are one of the most beautiful landscapes ideal for hiking and contact with nature.
This particular residence is a unique refuge of peace and spiritual tranquility combined with the unique natural landscapes far from the crowded tourist areas of the island of Rhodes.

Location: South of the island with Prasonisi being 74 kms away from Rhodes town.
Unique Features: One of the most notable features of this region is the contrast between the mountainous hinterland and the coast with its magnificent beaches. This area has traditionally been very popular among city dwellers, who own a holiday property in the south. In recent years, international clients were also added to the list. Nevertheless, the region has maintained its distinct charm with its scores of small, authentic villages and breathtaking natural landscapes. The internationally renowned surfers’ paradise “Prasonisi” is situated at the southernmost tip of the island. The most popular towns here are Kiotari, Gennadi, Lahania and the most southerly village, Kattavia.
Accessibility: A regular bus service from Rhodes town connecting a number of villages in between.
Investment Potential: The south is certainly the region with the biggest investment potential. In recent years, some 5-star hotels opened their doors here, and the infrastructure is gradually being improved.
