Menaggio is one of the most fascinating municipalities around Lake Como and is located on its western shore. The property is located in the hills district, famous for his views of Lake Como, the world famous Bellagio and the Mountains of the Valtellina. Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
