It is located in the northern part of Lake Como and it is the most important town in the area, which is often identified as its Colico branch. Colico is well served by the Navigation service, which offers connections to other locations around the lake. It offers a railway station and a motorway that easily connect it to Milan, only 90 km away. The city of Como can be reached in about 1 hour by car, the city of Lecco in about 30 minutes. Colico is only 75 km away from St. Moritz famous ski resorts. The most important event taking place in Colico is the World Cup of kitesurfing. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
