Commission details
The assignment of mediation to our agency and our real estate agents is conferred through the signing of a specific document or, failing that, through the use of the services listed in our brochure, in our real estate files and ralative clauses. The mediation fee (commission) to be paid by the buyer is 5% plus VAT, calculated on the purchase/sale price of the property. The commission is considered accrued, due and payable at the time of formation of the purchase agreement between seller and buyer (i.e. with the signing by the promising seller for acceptance of the purchase proposal sent by the promising buyer). The registration tax, notary costs and cadastral and mortgage taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
