We propose, in one of the hilly areas of Grottaferrata, a period villa, with panoramic views of the City of Rome, part of Grottaferrata and finally the sea of Rome. The property consisting of a basement, ground floor and second floor, is surrounded by private garden, with tall trees, fruit trees and terraced lawn.The villa is accessed through, a pedestrian gate in addition to the electrified driveway gate, to the main entrance, located on the ground floor, crossing a paved area, which serves as a terrace to the patio below.
