All apartments have a separate toilet and a balcony or terrace. At the resort you will find an attached indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a wading pool, a restaurant and covered parking with solar panels. A special feature of the resort is the 1,000 square meters of space specially designed for children's entertainment. This is a unique addition to the resort and the Seefeld region and offers families with children of all ages an unforgettable experience! The Seefeld Village Resort features high-quality construction and sustainable development, including a multi-year maintenance plan that maintains the quality of the resort and your vacation rental. In addition, your holiday apartment will be professionally rented and managed by our competent rental organization at Seefeld Village Resort during your absence. This, in combination with this unique location, makes your investment worry-free and of lasting value! The Seefeld Village Resort is sustainably built. Through additional investments in sustainability, the buildings meet the “Klimaaktiv Gold Standard”, one of the highest standards for sustainable building. This is achieved, among other things, through the use of sustainable materials, charging options for electric vehicles, the use of renewable energies (PV modules) and the application of a high insulation value. This makes the Seefeld Village Resort a sustainable investment that you and future generations will enjoy for a long time! The resort is being built in different construction phases and will therefore be put into operation in phases. Planned completion of phase 1 with 69 apartments is scheduled for the winter season 2025/26. Completion of construction phases 2 and 3 winter 2026/27.

The 3,400-inhabitant community of Seefeld combines the traditional Tyrolean charm of an Alpine holiday village with sophisticated, international flair and a high quality of life for local residents. With an impressive natural backdrop between the Wetterstein Mountains and Karwendel and a varied range of leisure activities, the Seefeld high plateau impresses as both a holiday and residential paradise in the middle of the Tyrolean Alps with living tradition and authentic Tyrolean warmth. In the Seefeld region, the Alps are unique: they surround nature instead of taking over it. The extended hours of sunshine also bring new energy - due to the special location on the high plateau that is open to the south at 1,200 m above sea level. In winter, seemingly endless kilometers of cross-country ski trails and hiking trails connect the region. Whether on foot, on skis, on a toboggan or comfortably with the next gondola - the winter hiking trails, cross-country ski trails and slopes are just waiting to be conquered! The mountain summer offers a variety of leisure activities, such as countless cycling and hiking trails, the Karwendel Nature Park, clear mountain lakes, lush meadows and cozy alpine pastures and huts. There are good train connections to Seefeld from Munich and Innsbruck and there are excellent connections to the region by car from all four directions: South – from the Brenner motorway A13 to the A12. East/West – via the A12; Telfs Ost or Zirl exit. North – from Munich via A95 and B2 in approx. 1.5 hours. Innsbruck Airport – only about 25 minutes by car. Munich Airport – approx. 120 minutes by car.
