Descripción

Discover a spa-like retreat in Ojo de Agua, one of San Miguel de Allende’s most prestigious and peaceful neighborhoods, just minutes by foot from the Centro and Parque Juárez. This spacious 4-bedroom house pairs modern comfort with mountain and town views, all within an easy walk of the plaza. Eight guests can sleep comfortably across four ensuite bedrooms. The upstairs master boasts a private terrace and soaking tub, while a street-level suite offers its own private entrance and shaded terrace. Two additional bedrooms open onto the pool courtyard. Every faucet runs filtered water, safe to drink throughout the house. The large kitchen opens onto a central pool and garden courtyard, with citrus and herb gardens guests are welcome to enjoy. Housekeeping comes twice a week for cleaning and laundry, and gardeners tend the grounds every Friday. WiFi reaches throughout the house, and a smart TV with Roku anchors the family/game room downstairs. The rooftop terrace is the showstopper built-in firepit, sweeping mountain views, and front-row seats to San Miguel’s sunsets. A cozy den with fireplace and desk, plus gas fireplaces and individual heaters in the cooler months, keep things comfortable year-round. A dedicated house manager, born and raised in San Miguel, is on call throughout your stay for anything you need — from arranging a private chef to a quick gas top-up. Experience timeless elegance and easy luxury in one of San Miguel de Allende’s most sought-after neighborhoods. All rates shown are all-inclusive and reflect the full cost of your stay, including applicable taxes and platform fees. Children over 12 years are welcomed. This home is yours exclusively for the length of your stay no shared spaces, no other guests, just you and the people you bring with you. Beyond the property itself, our on-the-ground team is part of what you’re booking. Need a ride from the airport, a stocked fridge before you arrive, daily housekeeping, or a private chef for one night? We arrange it. Curious about a wine tasting in the valley, a morning on horseback, a sunrise hot air balloon flight, or a guided walk through Centro’s history? We set that up too. And if a lightbulb dies or the AC acts up, our maintenance team responds in real time, not next week. Reach out any time we’re here for the small requests and the big ones. San Miguel de Allende is a working colonial town first, a postcard second and that’s exactly its charm. Founded over four centuries ago and protected as a national historic site, the city wasn’t built for convenience; it was built to last, and it shows. During your stay, don’t be surprised by church bells marking the hours, fireworks celebrating something (anything, any time of day), a parade rerouting traffic for an afternoon, or the particular music of the trash collector’s bell and the knife sharpener’s whistle making their rounds. Roosters crow. Dogs bark. Construction crews keep their own schedule. The cobblestones that make San Miguel so photogenic also make for an uneven walk — comfortable shoes are non-negotiable. Older infrastructure means water pressure, hot water, internet, or power can occasionally take an unannounced break, usually a short one. None of this is a flaw in your particular home; it’s simply how a centuries-old town breathes. If your idea of a perfect stay requires total predictability and silence, a smaller town outside the historic center might suit you better. But if you can take the unpredictable in stride, you’ll find it’s part of what makes this place unlike anywhere else. You won’t need a car here. Taxis are everywhere and inexpensive — flag down a green cab and expect to pay around $80 MXN ($90-100 to most areas) for a ride anywhere in town. Uber works in San Miguel too, though cars can take a little longer to arrive than you’re used to elsewhere, so build in a few extra minutes. For something more tailored, we can arrange a private driver for in-town or day-trip travel (pricing depends on
