Very close to John F. Kennedy Square, La Rotonda building, Tibidabo Avenue (with the Tramvia Blau), hospitals, CosmoCaixa, distinctive restaurants, and some of Barcelona’s best schools; Tamarita Park, Balmes multiplex cinemas, the Sant Gervasi municipal market, and several supermarkets are also nearby. There are also 24-hour pharmacies and extensive exercise facilities: two gyms with swimming pools less than 100 m away, one of them with padel courts, and a third 300 m away (beneath La Rotonda), as well as the nearby Barcino Tennis Club. The Turó del Putxet Gardens, petrol stations, and Quirón Clinic are also close by.
Using the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya metro (Tibidabo station), Plaça de Catalunya can be reached in 10 minutes. The L3 line is also nearby, and the L9 metro line will soon arrive, crossing all of Barcelona’s other metro lines as an orbital connector and providing direct access to the University Zone and the airport.
By car, Barcelona city centre is less than 10 minutes away via Balmes Street, the Vallvidrera Tunnel is 5 minutes away, and the Ronda de Dalt is 3 minutes away. The area is ideal for families with children or for people seeking a peaceful retreat without sacrificing access to services, shops, parks, and the city’s key hubs when needed.
