Opportunity: Countryhouse to renovate on 30.000 m2 plot

Baix Empordà is a region located in the province of Girona, in the north of Catalonia. It is the region of coves and cliffs, medieval patrimony, "Sea and Mountain" gastronomy and protected natural spaces, thanks to its rich landscape. It is a flat and green land, with small roads and paths that lead to rice fields, vineyards, olive groves and sunflowers. The Costa Brava, with its contrasts of cliffs and fine sandy beaches, is the protagonist of this region with its most outstanding villages such as Sant Feliu De Guíxols, Platja d'Aro, Begur, Pals or Calella de Palafrugell which make it the most beautiful coast of Catalonia. The nearest airport is Girona-Costa Brava, located just 21 km away. The Baix Empordà has become an ideal area both for enjoying a holiday and for living all year round. If you want to buy or sell your property on the Costa Brava do not hesitate to contact Engel & Völkers Costa Brava Sud. We have the best selection of flats, houses and land.
