Unique house in Port de Sóller with fantastic views

Casa del Barco is beautiful and is suitable both as a holiday home and for an unforgettable vacation in a truly dreamy place like Port de Sóller. The very well-maintained local beach offers many opportunities for swimming and other water sports, or for a relaxing evening stroll in the glow of the sunset along the long promenade. The local restaurants at the harbor offer a wide selection of delicious food and are only a five-minute walk away. The opportunities for cycling, hiking, climbing, or diving on Mallorca are enormous, but nowhere is the choice and access to these activities easier than in Port de Sóller! And all of this amid protected and breathtakingly beautiful nature.

From all rooms of this house you have an unobstructed view of the harbor, the bay, the promenade, the beach, and last but not least the surrounding forest-covered Tramuntana Mountains—not to mention the view from the two large terraces in front of the house. Thanks to the favorable location and the architecture, you also have plenty of light inside the house. The house has a pleasant climate all year round. Of course, there is efficient air conditioning (cool/heat) in all rooms, but in midsummer, due to the elevated position of the house, you can also enjoy a refreshing breeze, and on a cold winter day you can make yourself comfortable by the house’s wood-burning stove.

The name—Casa del Barco—comes from the house’s resemblance to a ship at sea, but it is built from solid, high-quality materials. The house has a total of 3 floors. At street level, you can drive into a very spacious garage where two cars can be parked without any problem. A marble staircase leads to the next floor, where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite in the master bedroom, which also has access to its own terrace.

On the third and top floor is the living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to a lovely terrace behind the house via the front door. There is also the guest toilet here, and in the separate kitchen you have access to the large upper terrace.

The owner is prepared, at his own expense, to install a pool measuring 2.50 × 1.70 × 0.90 m if desired. However, it can be built near the main entrance.
