Each flat has a cosy, sheltered loggia, a communal bicycle room, a laundry and drying room and an indoor playroom for children. Individual adaptations to the flats are still possible. There is also the option of purchasing a covered or free parking space for your vehicle. Sustainability meets living comfort. The residential building sets standards in terms of ecological construction and energy efficiency: Solid timber structures ensure a healthy indoor climate and a pleasant living atmosphere. The sophisticated energy concept combines photovoltaics and a geothermal heat pump for CO₂-neutral heating. On the ground floor, the Baron shop with bistro is open daily and offers local supplies.
